About Allie
Allie Moss is an artist, musician, and vocal coach with over 20 years of experience teaching voice across a range of styles and professional contexts. Her work helps singers build reliable technique in service of their artistry, while meeting the real-world demands of performance and recording.
In addition to her teaching practice, Allie has spent much of her career on stages and in studios around the world. Since 2006, she has been a core member of Ingrid Michaelson’s band, performing internationally and appearing on live television and radio. She has also toured with A Great Big World, William Fitzsimmons, Joshua Radin, and Rosi Golan.
In recent years, Allie’s work has expanded into production and engineering. She has produced multiple released songs for other artists, with an emphasis on vocal production and helping singers carry their artistic identity into the recording process.
Allie takes a whole-singer approach to her work, viewing singing as an athletic practice that integrates mind and body. Her teaching prioritizes sustainable technique, long-term vocal health, and helping singers feel confident and at home in their voices.
She also co-leads Thinking Outside the Blocks, a songwriting community that offers structure, education, and support for writers who want to create with greater clarity and momentum.
